i heard some thing about only being able to put a certain about of fuel in your engine. like 4 or more gallons. what happens after that? do i gotta buy a new engine, a piston, some piston rings? please help me out. thanks:D

R/C car engines don't have rings, what wears out is the piston/sleeve set. Both the piston and sleeve are replaced at the same time. You can use the original connecting rod about 2 or 3 times or more if you run your engine rich and aren't racing it.

ABC construction means: Aluminium piston, and a Chrome plated Brass sleeve. ABN means Nickel plate brass sleeve, and do not last nearly as long as chrome.

I've put 6 gallons of fuel through a piston sleeve set and it still goes strong on my OS RG .21. People who are racing, using 25-30% nitro fuel get about 1 or 2 gallons because they run lean and hard with high power fuel.
