Well Speedballtrix posted up a thread trying to find all those on Long Island into R/C in the Nitro forum, but that got deleted and I figure this is the place to do it anyway. So....anybody from Long Island let us know!!!

Im from LI. The Regional forum is the place to post this and there is/was(?) a LI thread there. Do you go to the LIR?

L.I. here. Used to race at 110 a lot, but not so much anymore. My nickname is "All-Star" or "Tall kid" you'll know who I am if you know me.

Didnt' make it to LIR last season. I was having some starterbox troubles so I wasn't able to break in my new MT12. Then I stripped the shaft trying to put it in my Reflex. I plan on being there this year. I'm also going to be racing on-road somewhere in Babylon (whatever is listed in the RCCA track directory) so if any of you are into that I may see you there.

Some (most I think) of the places in the rc directory dont exist anymore. They list numerous places to run nitro on-road cars, but everybody complains that they have no place to run theirs.

Are you the guy on the front of that pamphlet that they have or used to have at Willis Hobbies? The guy holding a car. The pamphlet had pictures of the former nassau community track.

I'll race my ntc3 if a good track is set-up not too far from home. I'm only racing buggy right now, but my ntc3 is collecting dust so I'd like to get some use out of it.

Has anyone checked out Kohl's parking lot on sat nights? How about the home depot parking lot on sunday nights?? I havent checked out either yet, but I've heard that both places become packed with r/c racers. If anyone has been to either of the two places, please enlighten me as to how many people show up and how nice the automosphere is?
