guys, do you have any tips on how to prolong the life of (unsused) CA glue? my past CA (still around 60% or more) ends up hard after a few uses. i tried putting tape around the cap and the body and sealing it up with a ziplock plastic, still it dries up. any wild or proven tips will be highly appreciated, thanks.

What I usually do is firstly not to cut too big a hole on the nozzle. After use, ensure that there is no droplets of CA glue along the passage of the nozzle, lastly I stick a pin that has a small ball head that is a tight fit and place the whole thing in a ziploc bag.

The same thing happens to me. I've heard that keeping it in the freezer can slow, not stop, the hardening process that begins once it's exposed to air. I guess just buy the smallest bottles you can or buy more tires to use it up.

i had same problem and solved it by cutting the tip at 45 degree angle not, so it looks like injection needle, and now it works and doesnt clog

I just wipe off the tip right after using it, then stick it in the table, and flick the nozzle lightly a few times until all the CA is out of the nozell.. then i put the lid on. havent had a bottle harden on me yet!

use the fridge or freezer, it really helps out. I have a bottle in there that's at least over a year old, and it still works fine.
