if they are stipped you might be in a lot of trouble but if you can...can you grip the head of the screw with pliers? Try that ....if i have a stripped screw i use pliers to grip the head if it and twist it,,,try that or try gettin the next size up in the wrench you use to take out the screw,,,

Or u can saulder the screwdriver to the screw, screw it in, and then un saulder it!If u dont have a saulderer u can use strong super glue, or CA!

Use a cut-off wheel and a dremel. My friend does it all the time, and has no problems. You wouldn't have to sacrifice an allen wrench either. This was is also faster.

Yep, best way is with a dremel. Just cut a horizontal slot, and take it out with a flat head screw driver.

Pretty simple

Yes the dremel idea is much better, But if u dont have a dremel they cost like $40-$50, where a saulder iron only costs $9-$15 on average! And better yet super glue or CA only costs $2-$6!

but think of all the other uses you will have for the dremel later... you can get a low price set at Home Depot, that's where I got mine.

yea the dremel way is the best way to do it. if u dont have a dremel try the sauter way. good luck at your race.

Don't solder it, CA it, if you don't have the dremel.

I used some JB Weld on a hex key to pull stripped screws out of the head of my engine.

So what did u do to get it out!!I looked around, saw all of the uses for a dremel, went to my lhs, used the $100 gift certificate i bought myself for my birthday, and bought the best quality dremel with a ton of other head connections for it{sander,grinder,ect.....!And the best part of all, i still got $30 cash back!
