I run on a track that must be a little dusty . Its asphalt but even using Tamiya ' s Super Slicks Type A tires , my GP Spider MKII does not seem to grip too well . My hobby shop recommends me this one - its their best tire .

I only have the standard GS - 11R engine in it with a Neo tuned pipe . I just hope its not my driving skill that is too bad ! : D

P . S . BEWARE of tiny pebbles or gravel around 2 - 3mm in size . They really jam the transmission good . http://www.rccaraction.com/ubb/frown.gif

Try softer springs in the back and different ( lighter ) oil in the back shocks .

Use lighter weight oil in the shocks as well as picking a smaller set of racing springs . If you feeling game drill dime width holes in the bottom of the base , this really reduces the weight - bet get the hobby store to do this but as its a skilled task , cool http://www.rccaraction.com/ubb/smile.gif

Simple Green works great onroad and off .

The track I race on a lot is very rough , pebbly and dusty asphalt . HPI ' s v - rage tires work very well . I run 60wt rear shock oil with medium springs , 100wt front with stiff springs .
