It ' s not a question of if we think it ' s too much if you like your truck that much enjoy what you have and spend more if you think it ' s nessecary http://www.rccaraction.com/ubb/smile.gif but for 700 $ I don ' t know what else you could but on there http://www.rccaraction.com/ubb/wink.gif

Not at all . I have over a thousand dollars worth of stuff in , on and broken from my electric Rustler . Over $ 350 in hop - ups , $ 300 + from the car breaking and frying stuff , $ 400 + in equipment ( mostly radio reciever , servo , ESC ) Goes to show you how addicting this hobby is . Also make a lot of preventative measures not to break stuff - it ' ll be easier and less expensive in the long run .

Im 14 and had my car for 4 years . I don ' t get an allowance or much money for C - Mas and my B - Day and I cant work for money because the lawnmower i didnt buy and I dont want to rent it , and everything is electric around my house , and for washing cars - they rather go through a car wash . If you want something bad enough , you ' ll get it . And by the way , im $ 625 in debt after buying my new Factory Team GT http://www.rccaraction.com/ubb/frown.gif

thats around RM2 , 660 ( ringgit Malaysia ). My TL01 already reach RM3 , 600 +-= USD947 . Nay , in RC there ' s no limit .

Either u go for speed or reliability or just for the show , u still need more than that .

I have the same problems as JP. I'm almost 14 I get allowance but its not enough to buy jack-squat. I have an RC10T I'v had it for 5 years and spent about $100 on it. That will be changing very shortly because cause I finally have evough money to buy an esc, new motor, ball ceps, ball bearings, titanium turnbuckles, and cool aluminum stuff.
