I'm making a 1/8th scale model of 007's Aston Martin DB5 including remote controlled gadgets. Does anybody know a way to imitate the 0.50 cal Machine gun sound? Is there a sound chip available ore something like that?
Thanks in advance!

I don't know how realistic you need it, but the cheapest way is to go to a toy store and for a couple bucks buy a cheap toy that makes the right sound and cut it up. I did this once myself with a "shattering glass" sound from a stunt car. You can probably get some toy gun that does the job.

There are sound emitting boards available at some electronics stores. But it's hard to find the right one (music is most common though), and will cost more.

RAM is the only rc orinated that made lights, plus a motor sound. It's possible there is a company that makes one for airplanes with a machine gun sounds. Also check Tamiya they made a sound system for their tanks, used the clanking noise for tracks, motor and machine gun.
