I really don;t know what to do i have a df-03 and i pretty much beat the crap out of it, taking it of 4 foot jumps and landing on a gravel path. from doing all this i lost a lot is screws under the chassis. so i say ok no problem ill just replace em. go to replace the the next day the same screws are lost. so now im guessing the screw hole is wider than it is suppose to be. what do i do.?

Try some thread lock.

I would but some screws are attached to the diff case so i need to remove it from time to time.

get some 4-40 "blind nuts" at your lhs heat them up with your soldering iron and push them into the plastic and run the bolts from the top down, hobby shops have been fixing plastic models like this for years. Dubro makes em and any shop with a plane section will have them in stock. You of course will need 4-40 screws but they are in the same section at my LHS. 4-40 is only slightly bigger than 3mm so they should fit without much work.

Actually...3mm is slightly bigger then 4-40.
