View Full Version : where to get male glo plug igniter connector?

got a killer charger and now need a good plug end for the glo plug igniter so it too can get a good monitored charge. Also the one on the stock wall charger is getting worn out and really needs to be replaced. I have tried looking at the main online hobby shops and the bigger named batery supply stores with no avail. THX

Why don't you use the male end from the wall charger? I used a cheap wall charger end to recharge my stick packs. Usually one wire will be striped, so you won't confuse the leads.

Found it FINALLY after a good hours worth of searching and a couple of beers

Found this and bought it as it wont take as long to ship (tower takes a while for me and the only one on eBay was in aussie) Not to mention that it means I dont have to break out the solder iron and cut up a perfectly good charger for that connector.

oh nice, it's got banana clips and everything. I didn't know the leads of the wall charger and the plug were getting worn out, it would be sweet if it was still in good shape cuz you wouldn't have to wait for shipping at all. 5mins of work and you'd be set to go :).

That thing works nicely. I have one that I use in conjunction with my Triton. The charger gets a bit warm while charging but it gets the job done way more efficiently than the wall charger does.

worth while using? I kinda like the wall charger because when I recharge my rx battery I stick on the glow igniter, when the rx is done I just unplug the glow igniter as well.

honesly I dont like my wal charger as it takes too damn long to charge up the ignitor. sorry but 8 hours is way too long. I am going to hook this up to an ICE charger at a 1 amp rate and see how that goes. It should be fine though, if not, well tats another battery to go up in smoke hehe

I haven't used my wall wart for a while. It's definitely worth it.
