Check out this selling Number from Graupner, they do have a fully ready Turbo Prop machine WITH using a Jetcat P xx series turbine, maybe you could get the mechanics sold spearately or as spare parts, THAT will be the ideal thing for you, the Turbine design is mostly a very hard thing as the turbine (like real ones) has to havea smaller front and goes bigger in diamater at the end where the power of the air isn´t that much, the square mm have to go up.
Like a conic shaft, but the bladees on the trubine had to be aligned in circles not all on the same place (the air has to got through all the paddles then you´ll have a great power to weight ratio.

Check out this Number from Graupner:
    6797

    Good Luck !!

OK, that´s the whole engine, but what´s with the gear parts only, they should be fitted to the jetcat with ease as they´re made for it !!
And these parts cannot cost a world, the drivetrain will be much better and the exhaust system is better too, as it puts the exhaust out on both sides (hole in body, linking it out to the UPPER side with a self made exhaust system (the exhaust is then used too, as a small downforce generating a better stable car handling !))

    Good Luck !!

Can you apply some sort of clutch mechanism to the propeller's output so that it can spool up.
