Cool. Is it a King Motors? How much?

Hopefully it doesn't give you too much trouble.

I have my 1/8 truck for hard bashin...

to get it in a river bed, maybe a few light jumps...
I got the bill in yesterday for it,$ 25.00 a month...
I got it through an rc outlet out of Florida on credit,
I think for $ 599.00,something like that,an yes its the

Not true. The driveline needs metal, especially the clutch carrier, but DO NOT change the other parts to metal. It makes it heavier, more fragile and less reliable.

Get RPM when the stock plastic pieces break wherever possible. Or go on eBay and get stock Baja parts for cheap. The HPI plastic is very durable - the KM plastic is brittle.

My friend's KM rounded the wheel hexes out after 10 minutes so save money for Proline wheels.

Be sure to check out Dave's Discount Motors. They have a deal of the day on which they offer cheap parts for the Baja.

By the way, your going to want to air it out. There's nothing like watching a 1/5th scale RC flying through the air.

I really dont plan on doing a bunch of aluminum swap,
as I am a heavy basher.
I just thought the shock towers need some help.
I only bash my Ae mgt...

However,I am a big big fan of rpm's....

Haha oops. Crashing and repairing is part of the game.

There are some aftermarket rear towers available. I believe it's Team Chase or Phat Dad. I'll get back to you.

    It's Team Chase.
    http://www.davesmotors.com/s.nl/c.88...t.A/id.8228/.f
    Or
    http://www.ebay.com/itm/REAR-SHOCK-TOWERS-HPI-BAJA-5B-5T-AND-5SC-/190639155364

Or go on eBay and score stock HPI parts for cheap. They'll hold up much better than the KM plastic.
