Im doing an ntc3 build,Its goining to be a hot rod roadster type an only
rear wheel drive,I already started, heres what its going to look like.

The tires I had to modify to fit the rim, they were too big,so I cut an
glued the old tire bead inside. An cut the top of a soda can to glue on
the rim to re-enforce the bead,it was a perfect tight fit on the rim.

    Just bash it!

The build is for a hotrod theme.
Its going to have a 34 ford truck body on it,
paint is going to be red on black...

Sweeeeet. Can't wait to see it done.

I figured it'd either be an old ford coupe but the truck is even cooler. Good stuff!

Update,Body didnt quite fit right, ofcoarce, they are for electric...
Had to modify, first had to shave off switch,it has to be relocated,
tank has to be relocated,so I have to make some aluminum mounts
for the rear to mount tank under the bed,Im glad theres plenty
    room there....
Had to notch out the running board for the pipe, didnt care much
    for that,but its ok.

Its going to be about a 1/4 '' lower, the body is just sitting there,
today Im going to clean up the cut lines an drill for body post
holes, get every thing summed up for paint.

Its kinda like a theme truck,an Im not a painter on these rc bodies,
Im wanting to do a devil theme with alittle writing on it with a
true fire paint,so it will be awhile before the body is painted,Im
either going going to have to learn airbrushing or pay someone
to do it,option 3,do it myself an do a regulartwo tone paint scheme
    with the writing.
The writing will say Little Devil,an Fire instead of Ford.

    Yes,but They are for electric,like bolink chassy's,
Thats why I have to modify a whole lot of stuff,
Im going to go ahed an take the servo off the radio tray
an shift it over to the middle screw it to the chassy to
get the body to sit a bit lower...

That's what I thought. I have one myself and ran into that same issue even with a bolink gas pan car. My wheels stick out about 1/8 inch on either side. I want to get another body and make a dragster out of it but I'm sure that 3 inch parma drag slicks would never fit in the tubs. I'll just keep working on my GTO in the mean time.

Good luck with the project. Would like to see how it turns out.

THNX...I want to trim off some of the ends of the front a-arms,
an alittle off the threads of the ball joints,I can get atleast a
1/4 '' off them each side to tuck the front wheels into the fenders,
they stick out past the fenders alittle,it would look better.

    Good luck with your ride...

    Ok,done a few things.
I got the front wheels tucked in,relocated steering
servo over to were the tank sat, body rubbed against
    it,thats why I moved it.
The chassy itself is almost done,I just need to clean
it up abit an purchase the red fueline an red Integy
air filter. Its drivable as is.The vid is a test run.
