Because this build is a 1/5 it is to wide even for the Traxxas Revo platform. These rims have a uncommon 1.2'' offset that is perfect for this type of build.

I really like this Redcat Bumper. It looks better than the Losi original.

The back end really needs some work! It looks like it just was a after thought. So I'm starting with a Redcat XBE wing mounted to a 1/8 scale upper A-arm set.

Because of the mounting points the body sages in the middle. So I came up with the coolest Center brace I have ever seen on a RC anything!
    A 6.1 liter Dodge Hemi!
The plastic doughnut is the key to holding the body from sagging!!!

I should point out that after my first run I had to take the motor apart and reglue it so that parts stayed on.

The E-Revo tranny is in backwards to get weight on the nose.

The lipos are mounted to the rear to start with. They will move forward when I start dialing in the buggy.

Lipos are the SMC 9400 2s in series to run the Leopard 2200kv 4074 motor.

    Some lites!

I ordered some resistors from china to install so that the lites run off of 7.4 2s 1300 lipos.

I added to the rear cage to make it look like a real cage by adding a rear brace made of aluminum.

I have another build that is very much like this only it will be A Yeti XL body using a 2 speed trans from the Summit and the locking diffs using E-Revo spider gears inside the cnc diff cups made by LEM. the 1/5 bead locks and Trencher front tires all around. It uses a 1/5 scale steering servo (hitec HS5575MG). It should be a head turner.
